I feel the same way about Comcast.
With the Hour + wait time, combined with 75% overseas CS assistance why waste my time? AND according to the link i am unable to paste comcast has one of the lowest approval ratings out there for CS.
I wonder how long it would be for them to ban Internet services for boards like this?
