Story doesnt really say enough to make fair judgement, I think...doesnt say if Garcia and Moore knew each other, if Garcia was pointing it menacingly or just for fun (god knows people aint the smartest with guns).

isn't it the 'unloaded' rifles that kill the most?

It was his gun...I'd hope he knows if its unloaded or not...

But that doesnt make him a threat...Moore wouldve known that...

Wonder if there could have been time for it to have been loaded. If someone grabs a gun and slaps a clip in and you don't know if it was an empty or a full clip...

I don't know all the details but I will say this, Anybody points a gun at me and they will not like the reaction they get.

I spent A LOT of money to lock my stuff up just because of things like this.
