Media factor.

I got to thinking today about how much the media coverage of all the shootings recently has to contribute to the frequency. Did that make sense?
Anyway, it's always something with the news. Even the most minor story that has to do with guns mentions Sandy Hook or Columbine then assault weapons etc. I think these folks share a fair part of the blame for increases recently. Maybe it's just me but I think the news people/ networks should feel bad when they go home for the day. Sensationalizing all this is just contributing to the problem.
