Seems like this is heading to hickenloopers office tomorrow. for any of us that might have deals set up, this might be decent info:
I just read through the bill and it looks like this goes into effect July 1, 2013 just like HB1224.
If anyone sees an amendment or anything that looks like this would be a different date, please post it up.

Curious as to how this will affect the rules with the TP here. Not that it will happen here but I have noticed the big scare banner on Colorado gun market page threatening they will have to close down if this bill goes into effect.

Yes it is incorrect. UNLESS HE does it as a safety issue and institutes it immediately. If not then 7/1. Some of you need to brush up on how .gov works. Then again facts are not taught in the school system anymore.Quote:
