He's made a couple of misreadings of the bill text that I've spotted just at the first reading. For instance, .22 rimfire magazines are included contrary to his statement. The exception is for "AN ATTACHED TUBULAR DEVICE DESIGNED TO ACCEPT, AND CAPABLE OF OPERATING ONLY WITH, .22CALIBER RIMFIRE AMMUNITION". Also his statement about lever action magazines is too broad, as again "tubular" magazines on a lever action are not included in the banned magazines (sure at the moment, I can't think of a lever action other than the 1895 without a tubular magazine).
So be cautious of his analysis.
Yeah, his comment regarding the exception to .22 magazines surprised me as I had not heard that.

No, we've had other lawyers on this. And as I pointed out, his article has errors.
