CBI Down

I just went to pick up a lower and was told that CBI is having issues and they're not even accepting submissions. Has anyone else heard this?

I had a transfer done today at 2pm. Took about 45 minutes.

This was literally 15 minutes ago. If I'm going to be paying for this "service", I expect it to be available. Annoyed doesn't begin to describe it.

I wonder if NICS is down nationwide then.

That's what you get when you only pay $10 per background check. If you want better, more consistant service you'll be required to pay more [facepalm]
