On the side of small business, Credit Cards take a sizeable bite out of the receipts. It's up to the management to decide whether that's a larger amount than the lost business from people w/ no cash or who only want to pay with CC. Oh and then there's being dumb "screw the CC man" hippy mentality to factor, too.
