Roads are perfectly fine, snow never really collected on the pavement.
Maybe a little remaining slush, no traction problems.
Little slush that's it. I just blew a rear winter tire and its fine on my spare with 480lbs of torque, you should be okay.
I wouldn't worry about the roads so much as the idiots on them.
