Built a new upper for an Army SF guy out of Texas. Nordic barrel, NSR 16.7 Noveske rail, SF QA muzzle break, one off adjustable gas block, NiBx BCG, BCM CH. Shot first 5 shots grouped 69s into 0.8" at 100 yards. Rounds 60-64 were 5 69s into 0.4" at 100 yards.

On the 3gun AR, shimmed a Magpul rear flip up sight on a 45 degree mount, to see if I can get it to line up with the front sight.
broke down the 45, to get the lead out. Gonna try the 50/50 white (oops) pigment deficient vinegar and H2O2 mix.
Removed the factory trigger from my Removed 700 and replaced it with a Timney 510. Even though the factory trigger had been worked on, the Timney feels sooooo much better.
I took the loaner scope I was using off and remounted my Nightforce which just arrived back from the factory after it's checkup. It received a clean bill of health.
Incidentally, it came back absolutely spotless. That scope is outdoors a lot, and it often comes home absolutely filthy. I assumed they'd clean it up a bit, but it came back looking like a brand new scope. There weren't even any ring marks. Pretty great customer service from NF.
I learned how to use a lathe, drill press, and various other electric tools.
i made my own muzzle brake today.
