The same thing goes for those LoDo beatings that were discussed a few weeks ago: "The perpetrators were black and beating up white people. A couple times racial slurs were used, but Denver Police believe that these incidents aren't racially motivated." Bullshit. If my white friends and I went around beating up black men calling them racial slurs, believe me I'd be charged with a hate crime (another stupid asinine PC, affirmative action BS legislative practice) and labeled a racist. Private scholarships based on race are fine. Scholarships based on race for public funds or institutions should not happen. I feel we should fix the source of the disparity at a lower level. Meaning fix public schools to help all students and not base them so much on local tax revenue systems. Bandaids over the root problem only serves to let the wound fester.
