Hope everything is okay Belly!
Congrats there, BC.
Well deserved 40K accomplishment.

Ho Bitches.. :)
Belen Deleon is wearing a little red dress this morning....
*sigh*
There's some new lady doing traffic this morning. Kinda cute, but started to make me think of a female Marty Coneglio, and then cute left my mind.

Cruel, but funny.
Well done BC! I hoped you guys would wait until today to hit page 1000, but it's all good! I'll play next time. [Coffee]
I went back and looked...I think I first got my Ho on around page 350 or so.
1001 pages of quality whoring now.
:D
Heya HC.... gettin' some cases run yet?
Hey hos. Yeah got a couple cases together. I won't be hoing on here today, putting a furnace in at a forum members grandmas house.
OBC - you could go out to Colorado clays just easy of Brighton and shoot handgun rifle or shotgun. Very nice facilities.
Howdy hoz
Congrats on 40k BC. Nice run last night.
Owning page 1000 is nice too.
Coffee.. I need coffee...
I'd like to try out that CClays one of these days.
...and that's really cool of you to be helping another member (relative) with their heating and cooling needs.. :D
Yo Bogie....
HB...how's your new reloading set up going?
time to square my scope to rifle. kind of annoying when the cross hairs are off by + this much
What you mounting to what jim?
Just mounted a cheap china scope that came on my R700 onto my 10/22. Need to get it sighted in.
Howdy Jim.
Sucks I cant boresight it. Always gets me on the paper at least.
No BC I didnt buy those pulls yet. Going to get them this am. Cant decide on 147 or 175 grain. 175 grain is a much better price but I usually shoot the m80 ball stuff.
Have a good day Ho Bitches.
:)
You too OBC :)
Well, I've been reading the Lee reloading manual when I have time, but I'm barely into chapter 3. My parents are here for the weekend, and I don't get to see them more than a few times a year, so I'd rather spend time with them. I can read and play with the reloader later.
i did buy 1k MidwayUSA "Dogtown" 55gr fmj .223 bullets and 1k SRPs and 1K SPPs. I'm not sure where to find powder or what powder I want yet.
I also need some tumbling media to start cleaning my brass. I have thousands of .223 and 9mm cases that need cleaning before I can start with anything else.
The last, and most serious problem, is that I don't know where I want to mount my new press on my bench. I don't want to mount it in a silly or inconvenient place, only to move it later and leave holes in my bench.
Are you right or left handed? I've used a mounting stand for mine (kind of like dillon strong mount) to bring the height up.
Right handed. I have an 8ft long bench that has a wall at both ends. I don't really want it right in the middle, but I'm not sure if I want it too close to the ends either.
also, I've considered mounting it to a 12"x12" piece of plywood and then C-clamping that to my reloading bench, that way I can move it around.
A bit of fun, a web app that lets you make a doomsday loadout: http://innawoods.net/

Hey HB, do what jim told me: Mount the press to a plank (like a 2"x12"x2ft) and then clamp that to your bench. That way you can move it around easily if you don't like its position and then down the road when you upgrade, you aren't stuck with holes in your bench. Also, you can remove the press from the bench if you need to use the work bench for other work!
Also, Zilla Ground Walnut (lizard bedding) from Amazon. That stuff is AWESOME! Throw a little Nu Finish car polish with it in the the tumbler and you'll get super clean, super shiny brass in ~3hrs.
And, xtremebullets.com for .223 FMJ 55gr projectiles. Last I bought, they were $98/1k shipped.
I made my own clamps out of 1x's with rubber mats . Clamped it to the rail on the outers rifle rest. Looked square, but slight tilt down / right.

Local guy / board member has leveling squares that are 0.006 ish within zero. The reticle isn't off when using bipod, but standing is. Gotta be just right. even though my shots are this close > < to one another. I want >< on a good day. I think the operator behind the scope has something to do with step #2
this unit, it's been on there a few months, just have not been to the range often enough to get it better aligned.

Thinking of selling to get the 24" benchrest stock unit. Mine is med contour fluted, threaded 1/2 x 28 for my suppressor One bolt action that utilizes my ar mags.
I understand the "moving" the press and having holes. At least my bench is wood, so I can fill the holes with dowel plugs. Of course you could weld up a hole in a steel bench too.
I did at least get some brass cleaned today.
