I can run on with 2-3 hrs sleep a night. Sounds like you need some range time, your range is left on 2N for a few.

As I get older, I now understand the value of naps. Just 20-30 minutes.

I haven’t had proper true gyoza in ages. There is something missing and I can’t figure it out.

I wouldn't recommend using undercooked bat.

We made potstickers last week. Always good, we should have them more often.

It's pronounced jiaozi 饺子 if its Chinese.

Gyoza if its Japanese

They are a little different but not too much. I do mostly a pork
