Olympus Has Fallen was plausible and seemed fairly realistic (as far as action movies go). The acting was good and the script was good.
But White House Down seemed confused about whether it was supposed to be an action flick or a comedy... and it kind of failed at both. Really mediocre acting and terribily cheesy lines.. I was pretty disappointed.
Oh dang, I scored the 41,000th post a while back! NICE!
On a related note, when the word "Awesome" is googled, the first seven image results are blocked on my network.
This is the first result for "ridiculous" that wasn't blocked:

It's too bad too, because the one right before it is REALLY ridiculous, but I guess you'll have to look and see for yourself.
just hit 4725 posts... that's a lot!
and I keep hitting the annoying 30-seconds-between-posts error.... [facepalm]

I'm trying to rapid fire here, and I'm being held back. Just like 2nd grade. Held bak.
just kidding, I wasn't held back in 2nd grade. First ANYTHING I ever failed was in college, and I failed it HARD. Got a 54% in Physics II (Calculus-based physics).
and then I barely passed Electrical Engineering. Not because I sucked at it, but because of the way the course was set up. the enitre grade was based on 3 tests, and two of them were the midterm and final. About half the people in that class failed. I BARELY scraped by. [Flower]
Has anyone used the new traffic circles at the North Gate rd exit in C-Springs? pretty nifty. way better than the nasty situation before.
Is anyone reading all of my whoring? if so, post up your favorite youtube video.
I'll come back to that one in just a minute

okay never mind... apparantly youtube is blocked now or something... [Bang]
We'll come back to that in a future post. :)
Ya know what advertizing thing bugs me? Product names that I think are stupid.
Tonight's example: Burger King's "satisfries". F*cking stupid.
Restaurants have been selling fries exactly like that for decades.

FORT DRUM, N.Y. (AP) -- A military drone has crashed into Lake Ontario during a New York Air National Guard training mission.
State military officials say the MQ-9 Reaper had taken off from Wheeler Sack Army Airfield at Fort Drum and was operating in approved airspace over the eastern side of the lake when it was lost at about 1 p.m. Tuesday. They say the aircraft was not armed. There have been no reports of injuries.
The drone is used by the Air Guard's Syracuse-based 174th Attack Wing to train Air Force pilots who use it on surveillance and attack missions globally.
The U.S. Coast Guard and local authorities were helping Fort Drum emergency crews searching for the Reaper.
The cause of the crash will be investigated.
Technical and pilot errors were blamed for a Reaper crash in Nevada last year.
