Apparently it's an Oklahoma thing.
Visiting my first wife's aunt and uncle in Tulsa, they treated us to pate with aspic as an appetizer followed by cold curried carrot soup and pimento cheese sandwiches on raisin bread.
How...freaking....bizarre.

Howdy.
Hi... good night
Going to work from the house today. I start at 6:30 and I?m not even out of bed yet. People who can work from home on a regular basis are so lucky.
I learn something new everyday and sometimes on this forum.
I had not heard of a Pimento Cheese Sandwich, so Google to the rescue.
Now, I am going to have to try them!
Thanks for the expansion of my small universe.

Now I might have to make a grocery store trip because an olive loaf sandwich with pimento cheese on it is sounding scrumptious.
Or maybe just a trip to Jason?s Deli for a muffuletta. I love me a good muffuletta.
Registering for a vehicle is now worse than before.
