She had been reluctant and a little disinterested in the past. Only because the Cajun and Creole food she had previously were not authentic.

Life has been beating us up this past year. Wife's breast cancer made a return visit to one of her lungs after 7 years. She has surgery on Tues.
Messed up my knee to the point I have to get around on a rolling walker and the ortho doc says it'll take 15-18 months to heal, but I've noticed no progress since October of last year.
...but I still have both of my feet, so I guess I'm doing OK. [Coffee]
