However, to be fair and balanced.....there were some nice and friendly folks with whom I spoke with trying to get shit back to normal. It's the thorns in the aftermath that make it much more unpleasant.

Cleaning out the house to move and downsize maybe. I realized I have stuff that seems silly on face value like lumber scraps but end up saving me $ and a trip to the hardware store when I need to make a small project. Spare tools, specialized tools, etc. I think after next house move in and whatever projects need doing get done, the outliers of the tool and spare will be disposed of. I don?t need 30lb of random fasters. Haven?t used the paint sprayer but once. Do still need a framing nailer?
As money allows the tool boxes will be consolidated into a giant one and that will be the limit for what tools get kept.
I found clothing in the corner of the closet that I did not I had.
