Are they as much as the website you linked to are selling them for?
Yes sir. KidRobot did have a decent sale going on today.
If this piece is anything like any of the other pieces by this artist it'll be selling for 3-4 times as much in just a couple years.

PCP air rifle for basement offhand practice

The installation is a bit of a pain in the arse. The barrel nut wrench that is supplied by Strike Industries is a weak POS. Yes, You do have to install the handguard onto the barrel nut before installing the gas block. The low-profile gas block I used has 2 set-screws on the bottom that secures it in place. The handguards have a place for the allen wrench to access the screws making it relatively easy to complete the installation. Depending on the type of low-profile gas block you use, it could be problematic. Strike Industries also gives you quality spacers to assit with barrel nut installation which I thought was nice. Once they're on, I absolutely love the feel and look. They are really light weight and the price is really good too. Hope this helps. [Beer]
You are correct. The internal fins block the rail from going over the gas block. It is a pain, but nothing real problematic from my experience. I've been nothing but pleased with the handguards. I plan on putting a set on my 300 Blackout upper when that build begins. For the price, you really can't go wrong IMO.

Nice bike. Mine was a similar scenario hopefully you don't have the problems I did because of the sitting and not being ridden prior to me buying it.

Xmas came early! Went to my parents place today and asked my dad about his rifle. He told me that he hasn't seen it in over 2 decades. Went in his room to look for it and there she was. Hasn't seen the light of day in 20 years. When he saw it he went downstairs and brought up a can of bullets, hope they fire they are as old as the gun. Only thing is he lost the mag so if someone wants to part with a 10 rounder let me know??
I'm looking forward to passing it down to my son... I just need to have one first.
My youngest brother sold all my Pa's guns and pounds of old valuable coins for pot when I was over in Germany.
Needless to say, there was some serious ass whooping going on when I found out and got home.
Just got this installed [Tooth][Tooth][Tooth][Tooth]
