I watched all three of those employees come outside, then step up there with their heads under the roof, one by one. They stood there for 10-15 like that, and it just looked funny. I was sitting in that same spot for about 3 hours and saw person after person come outside on break, and stand with their head under the roof like that. This was in Cheyenne and it was super windy at the time. I imagine they were just staying out of the wind so they could light their cigarettes easier. Sure looked weird though.
