I think we got ~15 inches this morning and another 4 inches throughout the day. It's still snowing lightly. I plowed, ran the Toro snowthrower and shoveled for 6 hours. Helped out some neighbors, too. I hope it's mostly over for a while. It's supposed to get down to 3F degrees tonight. I'm having a hard time thawing a 20 lb. turkey. We're planning to brine it tomorrow.
Gosh, I'm glad I pulled in about 4 cords of firewood logs last week. Sawed, split and stacked wood all day yesterday as it was snowing.

About 24" here west of Boulder. Used my Wrangler with 33's to make a virgin punch out to the plowed canyon road. Ran into some Airbnbers who had booked a house on a unplowed road and attempted it in their rental Kia Sportage- didn't go so hot for them.
Honestly, if you don?t count the drifts, I?d guess I got around six or seven inches at my place.
You caught that huh? I love the cold weather as long as I am only out for a limited period I don't usually bundle up too much. Warm house to warm vehicle, to warm business, etc.... I was in shorts all day today. Now working in it on the other hand tomorrow I will be quite layered up.Quote:
