FWIW: its very easy to contact the management of any business to resolve an issue. I'll wager you came on line to complain vs. talking to someone with a higher pay grade at CGC.

Only been there once, wasn't impressed. Personally, I'd take the rifle back, ask to see the manager, and demand a full refund (as long as the rifle is still new and unfired w/everything it came with). When asked why, I'd tell him why, and who. There's no reason for a customer paying full bloated retail price to take any nasty shit from a salespuke.
OP, thanks for posting this. I've never been to that store and after reading this won't give them my business.

There are tons of different stores out there for me to sub.
I've been in the shop quite a few times and have always been treated with dignity and respect. I don't think I ever spent more than $150 at any given time in that shop, but the folks who work there have been more than cordial towards me regardless.
