This could finally lead to a legal definition between "gripping" and "cupping" as far as both foregrips and nutsacks go. If it's only designed to be cupped/cradled and not gripped, then it's not a foreGRIP. They may need testimony on the seller's intended use, like the shockwave blade and all those still wrist support pistol "braces".

So the sig pistols got a rail on the back end. If you put these on the back, can you shoulder it? Brace them on your arm?
