On a positive note.. the lifted truck usually won't get dinged by the smaller car (even crammed in a small space) [emoji6]https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...187b789323.jpg

So, I'm going to argue for this guy.
What's he supposed to do? Hang out into the path of cars and cause traffic issues there?
There is still plenty of room to walk past, and he's eliminating the potential of the usual twits in this thread hitting his truck and running.
Not all of us drive little chit boxes that fit everywhere, and we have to eliminate the risk of damage to our vehicles from morons.
Seems the ladder is more the point of issue than the truck, yes?
Certainly very fair points. So I'll add a little context (which I didn't have in the first post because I was in a hurry...)
This is parked at a construction supply house. The entire other side of the building is contractor parking with plenty of space to get long trucks parked out of the street, even with ladders. And a dozen open spots when this picture was taken.
Nice of him to park his ladder out of the street, but that could have been done 30 ft away without blocking the sidewalk.
Plus, dude needs a ladder rack.
Didn't even see the ladder until now.
