I have the 5 quart Kitchen Aide with metal gears that we got when we first got married. It was one of the last of the ones with the metal gear box. I've always wanted a higher capacity mixer, but Kitchen Aide has gone to plastic gears on even their higher end line. Now when I make a 5+ quart cake recipe, I build an aluminum foil collar and pray. Bet you can knead some serious bread dough with that puppy.

Used to make pizza dough out of two of those when I can worked at Beau Jo's in Idaho Springs. We stored the dough in 30 gallon trash cans next to the rollers. White, wheat, and honey wheat!

Nice! I doubt it'll be your last. I started with "just one", too. I think I have 4 or 5 now. I have one of the short-barreled .22 mags with the big loop and peep sights. I forget what it's called but it might be my favorite gun of all.Quote:
