Kewl, very well done. Excuse me while I wipe the drool from the keyboard. [Beer]

Up to 32' of welding on this 46 hood. Took the center seam out, lengthened, pancaked, then took out the side vents. It's not done yet.....

Cool work.
Finally got to spend a little time in my own shop today.
Two target stands to go with the one I built last year.
Gen 2 little bigger and heavier, still easy to handle. Still need to drill hole for stake for those stupid windy days when ya just gotta shoot.

Well, I finally cut out a piece of steel for filling in the lifter gap in my Versamax 3gun shotgun. And I talked to a neighbor that has a welder...

I bought a replacement lifter that was supposedly for the VersaMax as well as the Benelli M something or other. Well, yeah, it works, but it's too short! So, back to the welding bit.

The lifter is at the neighbors for welding! Can't hardly wait to get it into the gun. I'm really bummed the Benelli one is so short. It worked, but it was far from ideal. Anybody need a Benelli lifter?
"I could not do that all day. I still remember all the welding/grinding/finishing when I did the 80 or so trim holes on my wagon or the quarter I butt welded on the GTO. Looks great BTW."
Reminds me of building the fibreglas cowling on my plane. I thought it would never end. When you finally get it all done, you ALMOST forget what went into making it look that good. Almost.
But back to the shop today...Finally took apart the .22lr suppressor for cleaning. Wow, I knew .22 was dirty, but dang!
Started fence. Learn to build a gate next.
