It really is, but the waiting sucks. First batch of crown went 23 days and was amazing. Now im pushing 3 months on the second cask.....even better. Lots of oak and spice overtones. Even canadian mist and segrams, when aged, come out tasting like top shelf whiskey.
Wife found Bitburger beer at the Class 6 store on base. Hadn't had one since we were stationed in Germany.
Broke out the Dalwhinnie Distiller's Edition.
Neat.
Well tonight is Tin Cup and a Gurhka cigar.
