Well DSB I think Patrick hates me cause he knows I'm moving away from him... he won't admit to it...but he knows.. and I know.
Other than that.. my gf is actually better at looking through the MLS and finding houses I like than the agent.. who just can't figure it out. I explained it pretty clearly.. at least.. I think I did.
3 days into actually looking for a house I found one I'm in love with... It meets the 3 requirements I have.. basement, kitchen, garage...
They've had it on the market for a while... this is apparently the 2nd price reduction, and I 'think' it's still wwwaaayyy over value.. I put in a pretty low offer.. less than they bought for, and they put a lot of work into it..but they're asking for TOO much in this economy... [Bang]
