Just right-click on it and save it. On a phone, put your finger on the photo and a menu should pop up, select "save" or "download". I've saved thousands of photos off forums and Facebook, it's easy peasy.

I already tried that. I do it all the time on my phone too, but it did not work with that picture for some reason.
