Back in the late ‘60s, I was born on a dairy farm that my dad ran in Emporia, Kansas. My dad was offered some sort of a partnership by a guy he worked for, named Bill Braum, to start some ice cream and burger joints in Oklahoma. My dad declined - didn’t think the idea would take off.
