On average this happens a couple times a year to my old dodge - Hurried folk dropping off kids at school & apparently its a magnet for hit & runs. They usually hit the plow when its loaded (I even put cones out for that) but unfortunately they catch the bumper on occasion too, like today.
Anyhoo.. there's a scuff but agreed, no real damage.
Dont imagine I'll be AT ALL forgiving when someone hits my new Tundra. Just saying.
Going to talk to my neighbor about the resolution on their new security cameras. Hoping they adequately cover the blind spot (for my system) on the driver side by my truck & can/will hopefully help me out if & when there's a next time.
Unfortunately, there's little to no preventative options here. Parking is a premium & frankly, most people can't park dammit. It's called sa & tail swing people - sheesh.
Bloody annoying.
