[ROFL1] Ya, uh the FBI have already found there was no case for Fed charges. They can file and any Fed judge on the planet (even an obama douchbag judge) will kick it during prelim. The implication of double jeopardy along with no LE from state of Federal agencies showing a prosecutable crime, it would be just another nail in the coffin for this administration.

They are going to grumble for a while so people feel like they are paying attention, and then not file.

This whole thing is bull shit. Racially charged from the POTUS down!!! The family's attorneys were horrible. There are no winners. If the POTUS does try to re-try Zimmerman it will be clear how racist the POTUS is and that he should be immediately removed from office. Exactly!! I am sure this verdict is exactly what the POTUS needed to further his agenda of division.

I know it won't have much success until the current King-in-Chief leaves office, but maybe now we can start to move past all of this focus on race and begin to heal as one nation, one people.

Double jeopardy will only apply to the charges of murder and manslaughter. It would NOT apply to the charge of a federal hate crime. Good Fn luck proving that with an FBI file saying it didn't happen.

IIRC in FL if you are found not guilty criminally then they cannot file a civil suit.

He's 29. That leaves many many decades left in his life. In terms of finding employment, there are a whole lot of people who own businesses who won't hold this incident against him - in the slightest.

Any chance of those who lost their jobs over his initial release will be rehired?

The DOJ looking into the evidence could be related to the DA's office not passing along their evidence to the defense.
...and then firing their IT guy that pulled the pictures and social media stuff off Trayvon's phone and created the findings report.

The NAACP is about division. If they weren't keeping up the division, there would be no need for their organization to exist.

If I were George I would move to a nice town in Montana or Wyoming. People would have his back out there for employment and protection.
