Sent you a PM so we can stop threadjacking, I tend to do that too much [LOL]

Cleaned, had a big chaw and drank a 24 oz PBR. I love being self employed.Quote:
- WHAT DID YOU DO IN THE RELOADING ROOM TODAY?
I picked up some Sierra .224 65 grain spitzer boat tail GMK bullets to load up for development.
Cast up a pot of some big 'ol soup can .44 swc's.
I can post in this thread now!
Made up 15 55gr 223s for testing.

Remember when you're testing your first loads - if you don't have any ex-wives to test for you, then it's the cup and turn method.
Wiped out the last of my 9mm bullets I had on hand, about 400 total. Well, make that 398. 2 of the brass pieces ended up being .380 and didn't notice until after priming them, so I changed out the dies and did a run of 380. Today is going to be as much 38 and 45 as my arm will handle.
Last night, made up 10 300 BO w/ 240 SMKs for testing, sorted a 5 gallon bucket of brass, loaded 1500 9mm.
trimmed, deburred ~ 500 223 brass.
Today finished sorting half a bucket of brass, loaded 500 rounds of 9mm, cleaned the press, bench and floor. Time for a PBJ!
De-crimped a shit load of LC NATO .308:
Cleaned it and tumbled and sorted something like 500 pieces of brass. First thing I've done in about a year.

Processed 10K of .223/5.56 this week in my "spare" time.
6-7K of .308 next week.
Untold K of .45, 9mm, .357/.38, to go...
Dang did I get behind.
Keeripes!
I'm learning a lot of new things. So today I set up my neck turner, and turned a few pieces of 308 brass. Trimmed with that Little Crow Gunworks trimmer, which I really like. Set up new dies for 6.5x47.
reloaded, from start to finish, 100 .17 Fireball prairie dog missiles.
Loaded up some 45 Colt. :)
Loaded 50 .338LM this morning. Now off to the airport for ND.
found out some 230g LRN i wanted to use for 45ACP was the wrong size
started loading up my Precision Delta 230g FMJ for 45ACP.
I sure do like my Square Deal B.
lots of new bullets for myself and the family.

FINALLY got the RT1200 trimmer dialed in. then cranked out 2500 pcs of misc 223 brass. 30 min on, 40 min off then repeat. Think the spouse is right, next time use earplugs.
reloaded 50 rds. of .38 special for my 76 y/o MIL. She shoots more than I do these days.
Used a hand tool to uniform/ream 100 .223 cases, then primed them. Sigh, long and tedious work.
Drink Bourbon and weep over my final packing list...the bourbon[Beer] is good!!
Um, no. :D
They are destined for AR500 steel at 1500-1900yds, perhaps more depending on how I do. That's the plan at least.
Unfortunately the reason for my trip to ND negates the use of such tools. Instead I get to hang out at old AT&T towers, work on a laptop, and install stuff on Lufkin Pump Off Controllers. The rules of the oilfield mean no firearms.
ETA:
Weird comment, hanging out around a 200,000 gallon diesel tank, and a pair of Kenworth generators that create 4000 amps of 12VDC in a 1960-70 "nuke resistant" building is kinda fun. All part of the microwave network that used to be the secure network for DOD silos and Airforce One's direct line to the White House before satellite.
Just started reprocessing a bunch of brass. FML.
Buncha .45 Colt for the new lever gun. w00t!
I even trimmed brass... really I did!
Loaded a few new loads for an outing next week.
Did this to another 250 rounds, only have about 1k to go. [facepalm]Starting to salivate over the RCBS case prep center.
Then again, after I finish this 1.5k, I probably wont have to process my rifle brass again until I get started into the long game (and that will be longer than expected, decided I'm going to finish my stripped lower SPR project first - at least get it to be shootable with iron sights - currently missing basically the entire upper).
Yeah, I'm getting it all dialed in for your varmint matches.

Disassembled one of the 650's , did a top to bottom PM.
Cool thanks Jim.
I need to load up all my 50gr VMAX for the PDogs.
Sent from my teepee using smoke signals.
decap/size 200 45acp and 300 9mm I just shot at Silver Bullet!
Just completed a good stainless tumble and are ready to go again.
Had to load 150 - 223 rounds so I could see some completion.
Benchmark for these...
Got 61 of them done before I had to stop and poop...
