New sprinkler timer.. Home depot (and amazon) have the 6 zone version for $79, or 12 zone version for $99, and Denver Water (and probably others) offers a $75 rebate on it if you are upgrading from an older "non-smart" timer. This one has stuff built in to delay watering if rain is forecast for your area. Works with a smartphone app, really nice when working on sprinkler heads to be able to turn zones on/off right from your smartphone.
Here's the home depot link:

There is a link on that page showing the rebate (at least for me).
^thought about getting that, but I decide to just stick with Rain Bird SST600 ($39.98 after coupon at HD).
$79 is an awesome deal.
So far I'm loving it... Took about 10 min to install it in place of my old one. The phone app setup was pretty simple, and the phone UI is easy to use. There is also a web interface you can access from your PC.
Looks like you can have 3 "active" programs running at once. And each program selects a set of zones, and the runtime for those zones. And each program can have multple start times. I haven't played with that feature yet, but looks like it'll do it. Just tested it with a sample program that ran a zone for 1 minute, with start times set for 8:35pm and 8:40pm, and it ran them both perfectly.
