You were right. I had assumed it was a video stream but based on the scanner, they're concerned about the voice traffic.

Tried the USTREAM Rt 9 Window Cam earlier & it won't lad the video or audio - says the content isn't online.

I am listening in on the Eastern MA State Troopers scanner... Not much going on, they just ran off some media from Parker, the street behind Franklin, a minute ago.

There's a quarter million people listening to it. The only video is the literal scanner itself.
