Nice job Jer, I don't have much to add but from the weigh-in side have you checked out trendweight.com? It's free and is actually very cool, especially when paired with a Wifi scale.

Thanks man. Nah, haven't checked it out but I don't put a whole lot into what the scale says at this point because I know I'm substantially healthier now than I was a year ago even at 10lbs lighter.Quote:
