Well, I'm more Tier 1 support, so while I'm not exactly in one of the ones listed (I'm a bit dev, a bit QA, a bit of other stuff), I have a feeling that just the fact that we have to do all kinds of tasks for people, I'm sure people see us like they see Sysadmins!
