hahahahaha We've got one of those too. You basically need to treat them like Milton from Office Space: Move their desk into the basement and don't let them get in the way of real work.

I'm pretty torn about this. I don't really believe in the 'zero defect' mentality. If someone makes a mistake, let's see ho they work themself out of it. Let's see their reaction. Same level as letting a MLB pitcher work his way out of a bad inning. Everyone here is so quick to fire people. Think of the mentoring opportunity that just got lost.

On the other hand, though. He's a LT. I never made a mistake that bad, and I've had a couple WTH moments.....

Count your blessings folks. My wife text'd me earlier they lost a little one today and nearly lost the mom. We always feel so bad for the families when this happens.

She will be a wreck tonight after she gets home. I was gonna run out and get her some flowers and make dinner, but now a damn client has me stuck on the phone.

She quit being a paramedic many years ago when she couldn't take the horrid things she saw done to children, both accidentally and purposely, but losing a little one at birth also tears her up.

Yea, kinda sucky. Just got core temp in house perfect. No heat no cool. Now looks like gonna have to drag in a little fire wood in for forecasted low temps early in the week.

Good luck with realtor. You have good setup and location. When time comes it will go fast for a good price.
