That stuff sounds good, Monky. I've kinda thought about doing one of those bicycle/bar things too. Ride your bike to different taverns around downtown...whole group of folks get together and do that. Might be fun.

Good deal, Belly. I was kinda on the other side of that coin today trying to get comfortable with that scope for the AR. I didn't do very well...I'll get it figured out though.
We did kill the AR steel iron man target...we noticed that it had cracked....the kid shot at it and the head came off, I hit it right after him and the the body split in half. I was pretty decent with the SK and it's shitty scope today.
The sellers accepted my offer on that house. I hope all this stuff plays out to where I don't go broke in the process...the whole thing is kinda scaring me a bit. There's a chance that I might be eating fuckin Ramen noodles and shit out of a can for a while.
Sorry to hear. But stop using your bank card for anything but the ATM. Use a CC with miles/rewards and religiously pay it off each and every month from your checking/savings.
Keep your checking low if you can. I keep the bulk of my bank funds in a savings account and transfer if needed. Just have to watch I don't hit the bank's monthly account transfer limits.
Thanks, Jim and Brutal. General feeling of helplessness, but I'm gonna keep on truckin'.
25 years at the same place, with the same woman......and it's all changing, and it ain't free to be doing it. If God is real, and he doesn't have a hard on against me, stuff should work out alright.
Hi Belly,
I can't bitch too much about something I'm trying to figure out still, but I'm having some kind of problem with the mount on the rail for that rifle. I tried moving the mount around a few times to get the right "feel", and realized it was not in line with the gun. The rings had also gotten loose during all this, fixed that....it's a great scope, I need to spend more time with it.
G'nite fellers.
I honor our veterans every day, but I hope that folks truly appreciate their service and sacrifice, and show it tomorrow.
Peace
The first thing to go out the window is the plan.
As shifty as it may seems, it could be worse. She could have played games and taken you for everything. Including having to sell your hot rod. Believe me, outside of you feeling betrayed, you're getting off cheap.
Now get back in that saddle and buck up, cowboy.
Now get back in that saddle and buck up, cowboy.
Roger that...this is gonna be a whirlwind of stuff going on for a couple of months for sure. I know I ain't the first guy to do this, it's just new to me.
What rings are you using? How are they getting torqued down?
When I first set it up, I didn't have an in/pd torque wrench here at home....I just snugged it up good, I thought. HCWT told me some time back to use locktite and torque it down, and I didn't heed that advice. I'll not make that mistake again. The main issue though, was the mount to the rail. Spotter kept saying "to the right", and I dialed all of the lateral to the left and was still "right". Stopped and realized you could see that the scope wasn't in line with the gun. Repositioned on the rail a few times, etc...and then ran out of ammo.
Good morning guys.
Good morning, OBC and hoes in general.
So, is the mount out of whack or is the gun messed up?
Hoverines.
lobbed from my electronic ball and chain
You know it is a busy weekend away from the forum when we only put up 5 pages of whoring from from Friday nite to Monday morning.

I am out, SSS, then off with grandson to the cemetery then to the range.
Then some BBQ at the outlaws hideout in town.

Have a great day, Lobo.
Happy day, gents.
Howdy HB
Big plans today?
No, Sir. BBQ at the neighbors this afternoon....and doing property clean up in the meantime. While trimming tree branches the other day, one fell and hit my wrist...no big deal, bled a little. Today the spot was swollen up and obviously something was in it. Dug out a quarter inch long splinter...that was fun.
You got your overalls on and pitchfork in hand, Mr. Farmer? I hope your experiment is bountiful.
I probably have "tree aides" now or something. Is there a cure for that?
And why didn't we get an answer on how many 9mm cases fit into a 3 lb coffee can?
I feel cheated somehow.
No pitchfork or overalls for me. I'm sitting on the couch in my pjs waiting for Mrs HB to get ready. We are heading up to Highlands Ranch to visit some friends that we don't get to see very much and have a BBQ. Hopefully the weather stays nice.
Tomorrow I'm going to have to get my lawn mower working... I haven't used it in over a year and a half and I really doubt it's going to start up and run problem-free. It's had gas sitting in it, which I'm sure is all gummed up by now... But I don't know a lot about engines, so I might be asking the internet for help. [Dunno]
Yay! 55 gr .223 bullets just came back into stock at Xtremebullets! I bought a few. :)
Minion #1 and I are just leaving the range and going to get some corn dogs.
Will post up AAR this afternoon when time permits.

Am going to have to count one of the cans of 9mm since no one offered up an answer and ho's gotta know these things.
And I don't badgers or cats chasing me around with pitchforks.

Really bored today. The rain has subsided, but now its too late to go do anything fun.
Rain...dammit. We had a bout of it roll through here an hour ago, but has since cleared up and ain't bad outside now.
I shit on my neighbor and didn't show up over there....had to get lunches and breakfasts together for the week. I know he'll understand, but he's already bummed out about me leaving the hood. He's a good guy...I'll miss him when I do get out of here.
And I don't badgers or cats chasing me around with pitchforks.
Hell, you might get chased down just cause you have corn dogs......those things are delicious.
