Just missed a personal best run time tonight. Oh well, still pretty happy about it. Night hos.
Funny you say that, because tonight I just decided to run up and down the street in front of the hotel. No lights, no sidewalk, people definitely weren't expecting me to be there. People would turn on their brights, or slow way down to look at me. Keep in mind I had MY light, which I used to make myself visible when I needed to. I'm surprised the cops didn't show up.
According to my low tech rain gauge we have gotten almost 7 inches of rain in the last 6 days. [emoji33]
Also looks like some crop damage for some local farmers.
lobbed from my electronic ball and chain
to play fair broker, our sample size was three cans. It was enough to look elsewhere.
Certain QD moutns do pretty well. ThunderBeast is one that I know does very well.
I use thread-on cans and then use a birdcage as a thread protector. I have tested the POI repeatability when I take the can off and then put it back on. If a can is installed and then removed, it's important to know where that POI has shifted to. It's something that I just got into testing in teh last month. Believe it or not, my little Gemtech suppressor isn't that bad about POI shift. It gets a little taxing to take it on and off (because it's not a 'QD' per say), but other than that I don't mind. It's nice to know where the bullet is going to go.
pretty dead in here....
I had a very exciting afternoon... filled with calendars, telling a light-bird, "No I'm not gonna do it." and then (unrelated) my Soldier being the recipient of domestic violence. awesome.......
Going to be filmed for training twice this week. Should finish up my 40 hour course and test tonight. Then I can actually leave my dang hotel room for a few nights instead of being couped up every evening. I guess I should get that over with right now, so I can relax/celebrate. Also, seeing if I can loose 5lbs while I'm hear. I was at a record low weight (over the last 5 years or so anyway) before I left.
OH YEAH! So you know how we sold our apartment building on Friday? Well, we sold it as a package deal with 3 other buildings. Someone was shot and killed in the hallway of one of those 3 other buildings last night. Baby Daddy shot Boyfriend, allegedly. Welcome to the neighborhood, new owners.
Interesting insurance fraud cases for your consideration.

Bonnie McCaslin had a premonition that her ex-husband was going to die in an earthquake, mud slide or some other apocalyptic disaster. So convinced was she that she and her 32-year-old son bought 78 life insurance policies from dozens of companies for a total face amount of more than $11 million. Her son was named as the beneficiary. Her ex-husband, Timothy McCaslin, knew nothing about these policies, nor did he know that he had died in a Mexican earthquake in 1995.
Or so Bonnie told the insurance companies when she filed the death claims. She tried to get a death certificate from the U.S. Embassy in Mexico, but the authorities there smelled a rat. Timothy turned up very much alive, in California–working as a life insurance agent.
Bonnie, now 62, is serving a two-year prison term for mail fraud. (Her son was not prosecuted.) Why did she do it? “I tried to collect in advance for something that was going to happen anyway,” she breezily tells FORBES GLOBAL. She still blames her ex-husband for not cooperating. “He’s such a jerk,” she says. “If it weren’t for him, I wouldn’t be in here.”

WASHINGTON (AP) — It's easy to see why insurance swindler Sholam Weiss was not entirely satisfied with a judge's decision to cut 10 years from his prison term.
Sorry for the insurance kick. Almost done.Quote:
Even after the reduction, Weiss still had 835 years to serve for his role in the collapse of a life insurance company in the 1990s that cost thousands of people their life savings.
Weiss is asking the Supreme Court for much more: his release from prison and return to Austria, where he was arrested nearly a year after he fled the United States during his criminal trial in Orlando, Fla. The justices could decide as early as Monday whether to hear his appeal.
Howdy homies.
I do have a gmail account...I think it's pita, but to each their own.
I've heard some folks talk really bad about gmail and really weak security?, shit I dunno either way, but I'd like my retarded outlook to start working again. Dealing with comcast trying to get this fixed, has been a real giant pain in the ass. Several of their numbers go directly into speaking spanish. There was a few times I could have thrown that phone from here to Kansas...bastards.
I must be some kind of asshole to expect something that used to be called, or resembled "customer service". Seems that is sorely lacking in todays shit bag world nowadays.
Got home late from work today, might just run a few racks (of Pool) out on the table, and call it a night I suppose.
The Spanish line has shorter hold times and they all speak English anyway.
It is still an acceptable form of research to simply ask me. Folks are OK with the response, "I asked TheBelly." When asked how they got the answer.
My new elephant learned that on day two. He asked someone a question and their response was, "Belly told me." The elephant came and asked me, and I told him all the background info he wanted. No notes, nowhere to hide. Those that know me know that I have something between Rain Man and Encyclopedia Brittanica stuck in my head.
i agree, it's easy when you know WTHeck you're doing. I don't know much, but I know a little about how to keep the boat going forward.
Passed my test. Relaxing starts tonight!
Went and shot the SBE 2 tonight, fixed the cycling issues with a good cleaning. Also dialed in the new vortex. Man that scope is awesome, I love the 24x. I couldn't shoot for shit tonight though, 1.1" group at 100 yards and 2.25" at 200. I just couldn't pull it together and kept getting frustrated. Oh well it was fun at least!
Oh I'm not going any where to party. I just want to spend a night out of my ROOM.
I cant imagine what the dog will look like upon your return.....
I was sent pictures of her dressed as a bee, for her Halloween costume, but I can't get a copy large enough to post.
Beeware of dog!
OMG. I hope she doesn't see your post. She'll run to Kinkos and make up a sign to hang on the fence.
What happened to all da hos??
You're a hoe.
Howdy......and sheeit.
I was waiting for you to escalate things and say "Your mom's a hoe!"
...Which is better than being a ho. Hoes are useful for lots of things.
So...... is anyone else still at work?
