Update: 3 years and 3 moves later, my Keurig is still working perfectly. I push the cups down to break the pressure on the bottom of the cups, but I don't think Mrs. HB does (when we use pre-made cups... Which is about 1/2 the time). We just use tap water and have only "cleaned" it once by running vinegar through it several times because our old tap water left some mineral deposits. I think I've stuck a needle or paper clip up the water nozzle once or twice in the entire 3 years. I have the same Keurig in my office and it gets used 20+ times a day by people who don't take care of it. It's been going strong for 2 years now.
