Stores have been left without heavy commerce for ~ 3 months, and then the floodgates opened. Most stores only have a few days demand worth of merchandise on hand, our supply chain is built mostly around "on demand", there's little on-site warehousing anymore. So, the chain doesn't work to well even when operating normally when you condense a month or two worth of purchases into a week or two and flood in "stimulus" hush money too.
I need to get more stuff up on FB or CL (FB preferred). Need to sell some stereo gear.
I actually have better results on FB marketplace than anything else. Sold my truck on FB, some tires, got rid of an old window A/C...
I was worried about the truck for a bit after I lost the first interested guy, second guy (Nextdoor) backed out of a done deal, third guy finally came through and while it was sad to see it go, I got more than I expected.
1999 Coleman Seapine Pop-Up. Picked it up about a month ago. This thing is immaculate for the age. Everything works and only some minor cosmetic fixes needed. My back no longer agreed with tent camping.
What is the weight on that thing?
That's a neat little pop up. I looked and looked for an affordable one for a while...never found one.
Thats the same style that I remember from my childhood (yours is newer though) when I'd go camping with my grandparents in Arizona. I can't even begin to explain how nostalgic it makes me to see it.
I hope you make as many wonderful memories as I have, with it on your family outings.
We did a family vacation in in the 1970s from San Antonio, TX to Southern CO with one of those my dad borrowed. Towing it with the family sedan wasn't enjoyable, but not sleeping on the ground was great.
Was my first time behind the steering wheel and I didn't get my drivers license until the early '80s. Dad had trouble understanding the mechanics of backing the trailer into a camping spot and he let me give it a go. I greased that sucker in there no problem.
