A bushel of roasted green chiles and 2 gallons of boiled peanuts.

I ate boiled peanuts while my wife skinned and cored the chiles. Ended up with 12 quarts of chiles.

When you have a certain audience. It's easy. Some crowds you really have to work. Others.....................well like a stripper to a folded dollar bill. It's more like a hobby, than work.


The up side is the strippers never get cross, sure they'll throw a fit
