Buying a pre-hung door, interior trim, and drywall tomorrow. Super cool that literally the last people on the property were the painters that just finished painting both the interior and exterior of the house. Fucking liberals.

Bought a property? and/or Buying a prehung door for a property?
Wife's rental. We're trying to get it onto the market. She just paid to have it painted inside and out, have all the holes in the walls fixed, and the first time we go out to see it, and it looks like someone hit the door frame with a vehicle.
Oh thats nasty man. You're right in the fact it looks like.someome nailed it with a vehicle, i couldn't imagine what elese would split the frame like that. I would be callimg up your "painters" if they were the last ones out there and saying wtf!? And bring up the drips and over sprays as well. Wow...just f#%$@g wow
I don't think it was the painters, they really treated my wife well. The floor was already toast so no need for drop clothes. They did the inside and outside, including trim repair, for about 2/3 the cost to just plain the exterior. This was a good match for this type of property.
Anyway, later the neighbor found tire tracks going from inside their lawn, or over the side walk, and over a 4' tall pile of concrete chunks where they left a factory fog light and housing from a plastic bumper. The painter's truck had a ladder rack that wouldn't have fit under the low porch.
No matter how it happened, it's still going to cost me whatever time and money it takes to fix it.
Dude thats some crap, sorry man!
