While that's true, I encountered many moderates and hunters who don't care for hi cap or the black rifle. Those guys need to jump in the wagon and pressure their reps.

Any lawyers here? What are the legal consequences with regards to HB-13-1229 and granting someone temporary power of attorney, limited to your firearms? Is this a viable bypass?
