Welcome to the world of NG grills if you haven't yet had one. We had them do a stub out to our back patio when we built this place like 6 years ago and it's been awesome not having to buy/fill/change propane tanks since.
Interviewed today, met my boy JD, and they got along fine. Still waiting for application and home inspection, but should get him in the next couple days. He's a 6year old rescue, a super sweet, gentle giant, and I'm as giddy as a kid on Christmas eve.

Won't be giving out cigars, but I've got something else in the works...
Very cool man! Hope it all works out for you and you can get that pup to his forever home sooner than later!
Thanks brother![Beer]
Yeah, he's had a rough time. He was confiscated from a hoarder, then bounced from shelter to shelter for the last year and a half. Broke my heart to leave him in his 5x8 outdoor chain link pen, but I have to jump through their hoops. I guess he's too old to get adopted - everybody wants a puppy. It's amazing that he is still so loving nd sweet after all he's been through. I'll update, for sure!
not mine but a stock picture of my latest purchase

Nagant?
Rotties are that way. They are sweet dogs that only want love and attention. One work of caution though, they get spoiled fast. My boy thinks he is a lapdog and he's 110 pounds and still growing. My last boy Homer that I lost to cancer almost two years ago was the same his whole life. Even at death's door he was sweet an loveable and wanted to play.
My wife's Rottie Tank is the same way. Loves attention, especially his morning belly rubs. He loves playing with all other dogs, but we're still working on socializing him around other people. He's not impressed with anyone coming into the house, even folks he's known his whole life. Damn big head. Our previous Rottie Majick was a total sweetheart. The only time I ever heard her growl was at my wife and I when we didn't leave her any room on the couch.
Rubens and beers. Choice City Deli in the Fort. Don't get much better!!!

That's a big sammich for not so much beer!
Better!? Sheesh! We might not be able to stand up in a few more!

Well, we got him. The rescue said he's about six years old, I think because of the plaque on his teeth, but he is clearly much younger. He runs, plays, and wrestles like a two year old. I've raised a couple rotties before, but he's the biggest yet, about 140 pounds. He isn't dog aggressive, but likes to bark at cars. Man, what a bark. So, meet Harry:

When it's time for your next companion, please rescue a shelter pet.
I'm slackin'. I currently only have 5 rescued dogs.
That's a big freakin dog! Glad he's got a good home now. [Beer]
The hay on the left. I've had the other stuff for awhile.

Had to sell my FS2000 and my converted tac'ed out Saiga12 to get it but got this 07 King Quad 700. Its a beast.
Just adopted a 3 m/o kitten, Salem. Needless to say, she loves laying out on my lap. One hell of a cool kitten, she plays more than any cat I have ever had and also eats more than any cat I have ever seen. She's a sweetie.
