Thanks man, I'm itching to get that rear add a leaf installed, unfortunately I don't have all the necessary tools to complete the job so I'm waiting on a buddy to let me use his lol.
Love these trucks, what do you have done to yours? Any pics? I do wheel, not as often as I'd like, but I managed to get six runs this last summer.
I'll snap some pics when the weather is a bit better. But i have 2.5" SAW coilovers, AAL's in the back (i recommend full leaf packs), front bumper, sliders, 265/75 Goodyear Wrangler Duratracs, and some other odds and ends. Also have a rear topper (canopy or whatever you want to call them). It's an awsome truck, bought it in 2007 with 35K on it and i have 93K on it now, it's a 2004 so i'm doing well! I haven't been wheeling in awhile, but i love Moab and snow wheeling if you're ever interested! I noticed your name after that post, we met that one time on a deal if you don't remember me. We chilled in my basement and my buddy was the DPD fella. I've moved since then, but i'm still in Thornton, not far from the old pad if you ever want to put a few back!
Went up to blackhawk friday night, won 600 bucks. Started planning what gun I'd be buying.
Saturday after dinner noticed I had no hot water, went down to basement to find a small flood.
Spent most of my blackhawk winnings:

Picked up a New AK WASR this weekend.
I call it my fAKe-74.
Dressed up with plastic furniture and muzzle device.
NATO length stock.
Don't you hate it when you stumble upon something you don't need but can't leave without?
10/22 Charger takedown. This will make the wait for my stamp even harder.

You know what that needs? A Ruskie optic!

Wife wanted one.
Since it is too cold to hang it on a yard, it is hanging in front of our front window.

Dear Spuhr,
I am in love with your mounts. I like to hug them, and squeeze them, and call them George. But GAWD DAMN do they have to be so insanely expensive.

I agree, but one cannot simply manipulate the QD release on an AAC with that setup.

I ordered these at the end of September and they finally arrived this weekend. These boots are custom built Wesco Jobmaster boots. The boot smith took nine different measurements on each foot, and everything from the two tone rough out leather to the color of the Kevlar stitching to the heel height is all custom.
I bet you can ride all the rides at the amusement park now Lars.
Wranglerstar has a couple of videos about boot maintenance as far as treating the leather goes. He's a big fan of Obenauf's Leather Oil.
Installed an add a leaf to accommodate my front lift, now things are a bit more proportionate.
