First for today!
wow, holy crap. Must be a busy day for some.
VERY, VERY BUSY DAY!
Likewise
no sheet
Have to love sitting in one lane of construction traffic, being held up by some hybrid fucking Making a Statement driver. Doing 15 under the cone zone limit. Thank you Ben & Jerry.
Work, work, work, work, work, work, hello fellas ... work, work, work, work, work ...
Meetings all day today.
yeah, was a start of the work week for sure
Aaaaannnddd I just realized I forgot to pay for my membership renewal at BLGC.
Derp.
Sent a pleading e-mail to the club pres, but then the site actually let me pay, so I may be out of the klink afterall.
I hope my badge still works.
That's assuming I'll ever find the time to go out there soon.
Found out I can actually ask for admin time to get my paper work stuff done. I tried it out and it was as simple as asking. To bad I won't need it by the time I get it. Should have asked sooner.
Hey Kazoo (or other good fellas of the PWT), how light can I load a 55gr .223 projectile with H335 and keep my AR functioning?
18.1 grains?
How exactly did you arrive at 18.1?
It's what I thought I remembered from your post about working down a load. I thought you were quizzing us. After I posted I thought maybe your post about how low you could go was for a different bullet weight, but didn't bother correcting since it's only in the PWT. Sorry if I got you excited. :)
Same way he guessed that fighter was 6' off the deck [facepalm]
Well i usually go to mfg load data and work from there. While also reading the load data info from Speer, Hornady, #49 etc. I'm not near my data sheets so you're going to do your own leg work for now.
Curious you read the data given on the container? Keeping in mind that data is HIGH END of load.

I then visit other sites where know load data is posted, ALWAYS WORKING FROM LOW END, ALWAYS

ALWAYS WORKING FROM LOW END, ALWAYS
Seems life just kinda works that way too.....ironical.
Howdy fellers.
No.....
..especially if she's wearing spiked heels and hose/garters and all that stuff.
Instant Boner...lol
I just finished 44 fish sticks.
40 would have been okay though.
HB...I AM NOT A RELOADING PRO by any stretch of anybodies imagination, but the kid and I reloaded 55 gr. Noslers with 22 grains of H335. We did some 50 gr. Zmax stuff at 24 grains as well. I've not put either through any of my stuff yet due to "life circumstances", but the kid had good results with the first loads mentioned, and the second loads did react differently, but I don't remember exactly how they did for him. I'd have to ask him to be sure, but there were no issues with either of them, I know that much.
Some damn day, I'll get to try our loads out on my rifle and see for myself.
Basically, I want maximum economy out of my powder. Keeping distances under 200yds, and not wasting any powder, but not affecting the function of the rifle.
Thank you, thank you....I'll be here all week, and please tip your waitresses.... next show is tomorrow at 7:00.
Goodnight fellers.. :)
