I didn't think anything over 1.00 was considered a percentage.
All depends on what the poor entitled dude gets a month for being just a wonderful productive member of society. I'm guessing that would be maybe 50% of the check and maybe if he scalps his EBT he can offset the cost and just have to eat steak rest of the month.
