InstaCheck is open from 0900-2100. They're only closed for the really big holidays...Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years, if I recall correctly. They will also allow for after-hours submission of background checks...though it just goes in queue.

Actually CBI is working from 6am to midnight (2 shifts) phone service 9am to 9pm
