I recently found a noose hanging upstairs in the hall!! My family was terrified and we no longer felt safe in our own home.
We don’t know who could have put it there.
Upon further investigation it was determined to be the pull loop for the stairs to access the attic.
I suspect a racist contractor.......it has been there since 2006.
Very similar story to this race car fella.
