Yeah, mine.
Damn good catch, before you chambered another round and pulled the trigger on it.
Yep, glad you're okay.
Oh I tried to keep going. I didn't put together what had happened until after it wouldn't chamber another round.
Okay, now that I'm at a real computer I can expand. It wasn't even a muted "pop" like I would have expected. I heard, and felt, the trigger break and nothing happened. I opened up the slide and a very dirty, and empty, case popped out. The fact that it was an empty case was evidence enough of what had happened. As I popped the case out, I thought I saw something inside the barrel (must have had it at the perfect angle) and the next round tried to chamber but jammed up. I tried again to chamber the round, all while planning to eject that round and double check the barrel before continuing, but the round wouldn't chamber. I pulled the mag, shook out the chamber, tilted the gun and then could definitely see the other bullet in the barrel. If you look at the top picture, on the top part of the barrel, you can just make out the edge of the chamber where the case mouth seats, so this bullet moved just enough to detach itself from the case. The back of the bullet is very dirty as well. I suspect that some how that case got ZERO powder and this was just the primer. Thanks for the well wishes, I'm also glad nothing worse happened. I was doing the F.A.S.T. drill all day (which means I was basically shooting as fast as I could) but I can't remember if I was just messing around when this happened or not.
Wow. A good reminder that every time we use these tools, we are playing with a lot of energy combined with a lot of variables.
I'm positive this is a result of using the Lee Pro Auto Disc because prior to that I would charge fifty cases in a row and put them in an old ammo holder and look at all of them at the same time before batch loading all the projectiles.
Before this happened I realized, the change in procedure and use a lamp over the press to ensure I can see the powder before seating each bullet. Now I'm just trying to find an LED option because the lamp gets so hot.
I have / use these

stop chewing on it while you're planting a tree!
Is that part of your toilet? I can't think of the correct name for the part/valve.
I have a similar issue with a 20 year old sprinkler drain valve. Noticed the front lawn was looking a little parched yesterday evening after returning home from dinner, and since I'm not typically up at 0500 when the watering occurs, I ran it through a cycle. Hrrmm, that's about 50% pressure coming out of the first zone in front. Walk around the side of the house and open the fence gate to see a LAKE. Told the wife she finally got her water feature.
Turns out the old drain valve has a thick rubber washer. Do you think you can find one at any POS big box? hell no. I did find a thick grommet to turn down the OD a bit. Amazing how much water a clay base soil will contain.
whoa! Time to get your water tested! I've replaced 20 year old flappers that didn't come close to looking like that!
This flapper could easily be that old, or older. I've never seen something degrade like this before. This was actually sticky and pieces of it stuck to the bag I kept it in.
That's bout right for what I've seen old flappers look like on city water round here

Flappers also deteriorate a lot faster if people put those little chlorine pills in the tank for cleaning.
We use gasoline in our toilets. Really helps cut down on the shit smell.
Did everyone watch the True Detective season finale?
Go check out the funny video thread. Troll alert! ;)
No spoilers here, but let me know when you've finished and I'll translate some stuff for you.
Is it real? Just think about it for a minute... When you inhale helium into your LUNGS, your voice gets higher. When you theoretically drink helium into your BELLY, you burp up helium.
More significant problem: Helium reacts very differently in solution that Carbon Dioxide. Bottom line is that Helium wouldn't stay in solution for more than a second. You'd be drinking flat beer.
